Banana Fudge Pops Results!

What happened to my brave attempt at a new recipe, Banana Fudge Pops?

I tried it within a span of about an hour and 15 minutes.

I didn’t have orange juice at hand, and I wanted to try a recipe where I had every ingredient on it at hand – easy and relaxing for the lazy.

I added about 2 tablespoonful of water to the blended banana slices to smoothen the mixture.

It was my first time using a blender. hee hee

Instead of evaporated milk, I added UHT or ultra heat treated milk from Dutch Lady.

My sugar? No idea what it was, just took anything from the kitchen shelf.

I left the mixture to blend for about 15 minutes.

My brother gave some positive feedback: He likes the soft texture, and the even banana-chocolate taste

While my parents, the older generation, are not so keen on such sweet bites

Though not well-blended, I would say it was a good and relaxing first attempt at this recipe

petit fours!

Was taking a break from some tedious errand and I stumped upon this recipe from Bakerella:

Pound Cake and Petit Fours
I have 3 words for it. Itching to bake!

After scrolling through, the recipe seems pretty advanced for a novice like me.

I’ll challenge myself to a brave attempt some time soon.

The blog’s author directed her readers to another blog on petit fours with much tastier looking photographs of petit fours “)

and here it is. VeganYumYum
